The Hall

We rent our 134 m²  activity hall out for once off activities, weekly classes and birthday parties with rates per hour/per half day and day rate.

Board room

Our 30 m² boardroom is ideal for classes and meetings of up to 30 people

We rent this room our to the public on hourly/half day/day rates

Computer Training Room 

Our computer room consists of 9 suites of computers, ideal for training courses or IT classes. 

We rent this room out at hourly/half day/daily rates

Boat House 

Currently occupied. Keep an eye out for the upcoming roof garden!

Office Space (Currently Full) 

We offer a range of office spaces large, medium and small and extremely generous rates.

While our office spaces are in high demand from time to time we do have tenants leave us and when this occurs we will advertise the spaces available.

We rent these offices out for once off meetings but generally speaking we have them occupied with full time tenants on a monthly basis
